Logistics

The logistics for sharing a flight on the exchange are simple and straight forward.

Private charter clients need to take only a few simple steps to investigate the available flights and make arrangements, as follows:

  1. Sign up for the Exchange as a CLIENT by entering name, phone number, email address and Zip code
  2. Review the list of currently available flights
  3. Select a flight (or several flights) of interest
  4. Submit a message to express interest in the flight and note any specific requirements
  5. Discuss the specific arrangement with the Exchange administrator that will contact you quickly once the inquiry is received
  6. ALTERNATIVELY – you can also initiate an online chat with an administrator during normal (EST) business hours.

The logistics for Private Charter Flight professionals are also very simple and straight forward, as follows:

1. Sign up for the Exchange as either: a. Operator b. Broker c. Travel Agent

2. Enter your contact information details to enable the Exchange administrator to validate your information and get back to you to approve your application

3. Once approved, you may post flights to the exchange, by specifying the following:

a. Departure Airport or City

b. Destination Airport or City

c. Departure Earliest date

d. Departure Latest Date

e. Type of aircraft

f. Number of total seats

g. Number of available (open) seats

h. The price you are requesting for the available capacity of the flight

The Exchange administrator will then make the arrangements between the flight operator or agent and the interested client.

The Exchange handles the payments and the logistics of setting up the share.

The Exchange can also take care of additional flight services, like:

  1. Catering
  2. Transportation to/from airports
  3. Special in-flight services
  4. Arrangements for a return flight
  5. Other requested private flight arrangements
